IMPLEMENTATION OF A CLOUD HOSTED SYSTEM

The Sheehan Group are a family business set up over 40 years ago offering market-leading construction, recycling, and civil engineering services. They have been working with GHM for several years (in fact they were one of our very first customers!), and recently we replaced their on-premises system with a cloud-hosted telephony solution.

The Solution

The group run a busy office over two sites. GHM installed market-leading hosted telephony platforms, all delivered with a full suite of unified communication features. The solution is based on a price per user per month on a termed contract with no upfront capital costs. For Sheehan’s GHM provided handsets and set up fully compliant, cloud-based call recording and analytics, complete with secure data centre storage. The administration portal also enables managers to search and perform a wide range of duties from anywhere.

The Product

The cloud system features company auto attendant and voicemail for users/groups. The system can also program ‘ring groups’ and ‘hunt groups and diverts’ to ensure calls are not missed. As well as having the flexibility to hot desk or take calls on a mobile app. Voicemail is also set up for each user or groups, with (wave file) to email.
