Background
Executive Alarms supply, install and maintain security, fire and safety systems across Oxfordshire. Since 1990 they’ve been protecting homes and businesses with security systems, alarms, CCTV, fire protection and more. Commercial customers include the likes of The University of Oxford, Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons, Oxford Brookes University and Abingdon & Witney College.
Executive Alarms initially switched their legacy telephone system to a VoIP hosted system with GHM and, following a successful transition, more recently made the decision to consolidate their IT Support and business WiFi too.
The solution
GHM installed a CallSwitch hosted telephony solution that offers a great range of features and importantly for Executive Alarms, enables employees to work from anywhere, on any device – ideal for installers and engineers out on site.
Executive Alarms switched from their previous IT Support provider to GHM last year. Their support includes both remote and onsite support, hardware support, tier 1 & 2 technical support, tier 3 manufacture support, minor remote programming requests and Executive Alarm employees can access the GHM IT Helpdesk 24/7. GHM also provide backup for their on-premise server and have integrated key existing operational systems.
