Helen & Douglas House is a charity caring for terminally ill babies, children, and young people in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. The hospice cares for 173 children and also operates 24 charity shops across the Thames Valley region.

Helen & Douglas House recently outsourced their entire IT operation to GHM Communications, who also provide their hosted VoIP telephone system.

The process of outsourcing
