Meet the Team: Neil McManus

Neil founded GHM alongside his father Gerry in 2005. 15 years later, Neil leads the team as Managing Director.

Neil, who is Oxford born and bred, succeeded his father Gerry (still involved with the business) as MD in 2019 and has seen the company establish itself as one of the leading telecoms specialists in that time. Other highlights include the success of the firms specialist Care Home division and the recent introduction of a Managed IT Services division.

Neil says: “We are a true family business and I’m incredibly proud of what the team achieves every day. We are committed to passing that family ethos and support on to our customers and partners and we have a lot of fun doing so.”

Out of work Neil is a dedicated Oxford United supporter and enjoys family life with his wife and two children. Neil recently secured tickets to watch the World Cup semi-final in the hope he can take his son to watch England so his fingers are well and truly crossed for this weekend!
