Ed has worked as an Engineer for GHM for six years. He is always working on-site with our customers, travelling across the country to fix any issues, install new products or upgrade existing ones. He’s also a specialist when it comes to our Nexus nursecall messaging system for care homes, doing everything from installing the system to providing user training.
Ed is just one of the vital cogs in our amazing support team who support each other with their technical skills and knowledge, whether in person or via our telephone helpdesk.
Ed says: “I love the face-to-face contact I have with our customers. As well as meeting some really great people, I also get to see the many different environments using our products. Being able to see the benefits first-hand brings it all to life.”
Out of the office Ed is a complete petrol head and a very talented one at that. He regularly competes in racing car championships across the country (sponsored by GHM of course) including the Civic Challenge last year and is back on the track this weekend in a new racing series. Ed also enjoys socialising with the GHM support team and is awaiting the arrival of his first baby!
