GHM are looking for a Support Desk Operative to join our Support Desk Team. The post holder will provide first line customer contact, receiving phone calls and emails, taking accurate information from the customer and logging tickets accordingly. The post holder will assign tickets to the appropriate engineering area and follow our support desk procedures which you will receive full training for.
