The BBC has reported a UK-wide shortage of tech talent.

As an IT Support and Telecoms provider we continually invest in our teams professional development, providing internal and external training programmes. We have also run very successful apprenticeships and some of those apprentices still work with us. It’s a great way to attract talent and a really positive workforce.

Our HR Manager is always keen to hear from individuals looking to start or further their career in IT or telecoms, or schools and colleges requiring placements for their students with a passion for IT.

Neil McManus, MD at GHM says: “We’re not a large corporate, but as a medium-sized business we have a lot of local opportunities to be really hands on in many different aspects of the industry, learn from our experts, undertake professional training and be part of a really friendly team in a beautiful Oxfordshire village.”
